Why would this forum posters need to do that? Just look at the press release and their timelines............PTSC would be the basher.

Crazy, a group of longs that have invested a lot time and money are now bashing this stock so they can make what? Are you for real?

You would hold a stock forum more accountable for the shareprice than a company who has seen how many CEO's come and go? A company that has how many individuals who are at conflict of interest within associated organizations? A company that has had how many millions and now sits at what? A company annual meeting TAKEN controlled by who?

As someone else mentioned, if PTSC does its own internal investigation/due diligence with the help of hired professionals........so why would it bother the certain shareholders to do something similar. Does anyone here not want TRANSPARENCIES?

Many wonder why some of the poster are not happy with the BOD and voice their displeasure daily..............here's an answer that might apply.

Because no matter what the BOD has done some are constantly apologetic about their actions; Rather than just admit that their actions are not professional or not good for the wealth and benefit of the company. Here's another way of saying it "stop making excuses for them period".

I am willing to bet a number of daily BOD bashers post will be gone. If you keep defending them.....those that see otherwise will keep defending their opinions.

I guess what it comes down to, " Do you sincerely believe the BOD is doing a good...wait a decent JOB?
