All companies involved in the MMP merge (announced after trading on friday). this does several things.

1. strengthens (at least my view) the MMP

2. explains RG stuff a little better ... as this would have left the surviving company with 2 of each executive

3. can help fix the outstanding share issue

4. paves the way to be merged with an outside company (like Qualcomm or IBM)

5. (and really my favorite right now) shuts those up who want to oust the BOD
