I believe that RG has been out of the picture for quite some time. His house was put on the market a while back - I assume there was a time period between when he was fired as CEO and when he actually put his house on the market. RG may have actually known he was gone as far back as Spring 09'. I believe this is why the market didn't react much to his dismissal - nothing really changed with RG's dismissal. (I wonder what this does to RG's infamous revenue pie charts?)

I think that there could be some big changes coming because the BOD has to know that they're in way over their heads. They proven that they can't pick the right CEO and they don't know how to properly grow/invest the asssets earned by the MMP. They'd be better off selling the company - now that they have something valuable (re-certified MMPs). In the recent past, the big tech companies have banned together to buy-out significant tech industry patents - "to get them out of the way". The MMP would be a perfect candidate to warrant this type of action. Some may think that this is a great gig/easy money for the BOD - which is true, however, they're coming dangerously to screwing up so bad that they get sued or worse - they've got to be aware of their own incompetence.
