No, but it may breach Fiduciary Responsibility.. especially chronic stupidity..

I agree tho.. as I've posted previously getting the BoD, or certain members of, directly removed (voted out) would be extremely difficult.. Perhaps as other members are posting, I would accept a greater (far greater) degree of transparency by our BoD and a noticeable change in how they perform their obligatory duties.. Regardless something needs to change.

I will personally attempt to keep my postings regarding this subject over on Yahoo Groups.. I would very much like those interested to participate there also, and I hope to see many of those whose thoughts I've read on this forum over there further contributing their opinions.. IMO as Ron has stated for a very long time, it is time to organize.. and see just who really wants to be involved.
