I believe everyone seems to forget what PTSC really has been . And still very much is a OTC Penny stock. You simply don't attract the best and the brightest to a company this size. That said it seems to have attracted some top names as advisors and so forth. PROPBABLY MOST CAME ON BOARD FOR A QUICK BUCK. Because to date we have not seen any real traction from any of them. Blame the board all you want. It won't help. The biggest corporation in the world is the USA> and look how the Senate and Congress have managed to put us in the poor house. We got what we got for now.
