A note to all...

Let me start by saying that I appreciate Agoracom and the great work its team has accomplished in providing an open forum for all of the PTSC community. With that said, I do not agree with the imposing of a quasi-monitoring rule based on negative posts. In my opinion, the rules set forth that allows hub leaders to delete posts that are in conflict with the following 6 simple rules should be sufficient:

1. PROFANITY

Swearing or use of foul language is strictly prohibited… in any language (We have 42 interpreters on staff to keep an eye on those International members). For the record, ##$!#&% or any combination thereof is considered profanity.

2. DEROGATORY COMMENTS TOWARDS OTHERS

Calling another member an idiot, clown, stupid, dumb, moron or ##x%x# for brains is strictly prohibited.

3. OFF-TOPIC OR IRRELEVANT COMMENTS

Yes, nobody can believe what happened to Turtle on Entourage, or that Monica Lewinsky took a job at the Kremlin, or that Romo dropped the field goal snap and crushed Cowboy fans everwhere. However, this is not the place to discuss TV shows, politics or sports… O.K. maybe a little sports.

4. SPAMMING OR CLAIMS OF INSIDER INFORMATION

Enough said... unless your brother in-law really is Michael Dell’s chauffeur.

5. BASHING OR HYPING

Unsubstantiated claims of grandeur or impending doom are best left to Nostradamus as they will cost you some valuable points towards your rating. Also included in this category is repetition of the same question, fact or opinion over and over after a response has been provided or if there is currently no ascertainable answer.

6. Caps lock and use of !!!!!!!

I, for one, have never posted comments that were intended to bash nor hype. I have always tried to post neutral facts that kept posters informed regardless of the outcome. In the same manner, I have always respected others views even if they turned personally negative towards me. My feelings about our current BOD have stemmed from YEARS of service by many of the same directors. It's my OPINION that a change NEEDS to be implemented, but I respect others views that are in conflict with my own and I hold no animosity against said kind.

Just to set the record straight, I want nothing other then for this company to succeed and for the share price to climb as high as possible.

Good luck to all the faithful longs and thank you once again to the Agoracom team for your fantastic board.

Go PTSC Onwards and Upwards!

Cheers~
