WTF? Not meaning to be disrespectful, but Anlyst seems to think the settlemenet negotiations are between PTSC and Intel! He keeps talking about how Intel MUST BUY PTSC. While I acknowledge that something like that is a wild card, it begs a lot of questions. It suggests that Intel believes TPL has no rights to the IP. If that were the case, why did Intel license from TPL? It just defies logic IMO, and until there is a settlement between PTSC and TPL, there`s really very little reason for Intel (or AMD, or anyone else) to do anything. Unless Intel or someone else were to buy out BOTH TPL and PTSC (thus locking the IP), but that`s not what he is suggesting. Best avoid RB. I`ve been reading over there and 80%+ of the posters don`t even seem to understand the basics of the current situation.

PS: Wonder if TPL and PTSC will be meeting over the weekend. The clock is ticking..... If they are still even talking to (shouting at? LOL) eachother, seems they`d be pushing for reconciliation ASAP.
