Is there a way to form a collective group of shareholders together like a union, with a majority of shares represented. If shareholder in a group own the majority of shares, wouldn't control of the company then be in their hands? They could replace the BOD or appoint someone like Biajj or Ronran or Lamberts to the BOD? If not, is there a way to demand a shareholder reprentative be appointed to the BOD? I know I would feel a llot better to have someone on the BOD looking out for our best interests and keeping these people in line if that is possible.
