I have not asked the following individuals to submit their names for this slate but to get the ball rolling at least as far as candidates I will submit the following names for the consideration of those who read the Agora and Yahoo web board.

How I would dearly like to see the above submit themselves for election to the BoD, with full biographies, depth and breadth of experience in managing a listed company, and detailed proposals to take us forward.

Why, I might even be tempted to donate the price for a case of '85 Krug to see it happen.

Do I see it happening?

No.

Let's say that the above were in place now and Goerner was not only available to fill the vacant CEO position, but also the best qualified(obviously his CV would be as it was prior to his employment with PTSC) Would they hire him?

How easy it is to sit on the sidelines, with absolutely no responsibilities to shareholders and 20/20 hindsight, then blame the incumbent BoD for everything while at the same time make allegations of fraud, insider dealing, and mismanagement without a single shred of evidence. I'm still waiting to see their viable alternative suggestions on how they would have settled the S&L convertibles, but I'm not holding my breath.

There have been various suggestions regarding remuneration/fees that should be in place to show that the current BoD were actively engaged in growing PTSC.

Would your proposed candidates be prepared to accept $2,000 per year in fees, performance related bonuses based on share price(exclusive of MMP Portfolio revenues), and have a significant holding of PTSC stock(5% each would qualify), to prove their commitment to shareholders?
