Hmmm, it would appear that the non-executive directors having hired Goerner, who oversaw the Crossflo deal, including the indemnities, fulfilled their responsibilities by hiring Baroni and on receiving his report removed the three principals involved in the deal, Goerner, Bibeau, and Senn when irregularities were discovered.
It has to be remembered that the problem was in the deal and not with the product.
