AMEN!! A while back I made a guess that the BOD would Tee up another strategic assessment to justify their positions. Here we go. Kick out the senior positions, bring in more consultants, keep the merry go round spinning. All the while, the same BOD sits with no changes. How is this possible? What has the BOD done to move this company forward? What have they done to enable the leadership to be effective? What commitments are they wiling to make that would convince any corporate leader to want to lead this company? The past is littered with folks who have basically had their reputations waylaid by their tenure here. Goodness gracious! In my opinion, the first place to start is with a NEW BOARD!!
