Seaforth (spelling?) chip and TPL split with Moore

While this situation was upsetting a little way back, now I am excited. I did not like the idea that TPL was licensing their chip and the MMP for many, already discussed reasons.

It is so great that DL is as dependent of the MMP as we are. We should share in the rewards of his focus.
