I'd add to my previous post that the moving out of the shareholder meeting in an effort to allow certain business prospects to come together seems, as others surmise, a product of a SIGNIFICANT issue going on behind the scenes, not minor course of business stuff. What it is, I have many theories, but to think it's simply to allow PDSG to get a few contracts, or the USPTO to resolve the MMP issues a bit more, flies in the face of the history of PTSC and it's interactions with shareholders.

Aside from giving a better "vibe" to the meeting, what actual impact does any "normal" business simply further developing have that would necessitate a change in the date of the meeting? Shareholder meetings are either an occassion to vote in support on significant business matters of a company, or to voice and organize opposition to potential significant issues.

If they're really just moving it out to allow them to have more contracts or better clarity on the USPTO, then IMO, that reflects a pretty unconfident, and superficial management team and BOD. I think many things of them, but those aren't included.

I bring that up, as I think whatever might be happening, if there indeed is something happening, could well impact the pps significantly if it is announced or otherwise revealed, so while I think the licensing activity or lack thereof based on the '336 recert will likely drive the pps action, there is quite possibly other significant drivers that we are not yet aware of.
