"all's we know is they're escallating"

Not to knit pick you but REALLY all we know is that TPL & PTSC are SAYING that the fees are escallating. As you're aware, they've been saying as much for years, but in fact the opposite has been true, so, while based on current events, I'm inclined to believe them this time, we don't yet KNOW it, nor do I think the market accepts it yet. When they can PROVE that it's true, I think we'll see a much more amplified response from the market.
