Sorry.......not true. Creation of and Judge Fogel concurrence of patent ownership settlement agreement between parties Moore/TPL vs PTSC to form an MMP portfolio monetization partnership created Phoenix Data Systems as the receiving entity for distribution of TPL settlements between partners. The board has changed since that decision and the PTSC officers involved paid off and long gone.
