They may have changed the PR..but that has nothing to do with the ownership rights..etc...just because they choose not to articulate it..does not mean that it no longer exists..

They may have taken off that disclaimer because of TPL's ongoing dispute with Moore..that has nothing to do with our ownership piece IMO..
