Correct, yet it cannot be gleaned from the pr exactly what the future payments are based on, either a lump sum amount spread out, or smaller lump sum now and future payments based on say, future business activity etc.... Not sure it matters greatly, I have favored the lump sums anyhow as long as they were based on the present value of the estimated future royalty stream (albeit to date discounted by some x factor which hopefully has now gone away).
