I think signings will increase dramatically once the USPTO removes Fish & Richardson's finger from the cracked dyke that is holding back an ocean of companies that are delaying. Today's signings indicate how weak that dyke is.

Rimmel took less than 2 months to deny the '9457 attempt. With all the legwork already done the new examiner should make shorter work of it this time around.
