IMO, Wild Card =

Any company in the business of making chips (competitive advantage)

Any company that uses those chips or has software to be placed on those chips (business leverage)

Typically are Jokers, with pointy shoes and caps (Oh No! LOL)

Let`s not get too serious about the Wild Card scenario....
