Having been through several legal battles with trademarks, I know both sides are puckered up. Predicting a court decision is, at best, speculation. However, I think you are right about PTSC having a bit of an advantage based on what we think we know, which is not much.

Hey, at least this is one of Woody`s pipe dreams that seems to be moving shares in volume. Maybe we will see a personal flying machine with an EDIG powered pDVD installed ``soon.``

At this point, I don`t own enough PTSC to count. But it could get interesting in a hurry.
