Any entity stepping up and buying the whole enchalada (PTSC and TPL) would have a heck of a bargaining chip to cripple competitors or gain other business advantage (enter ultra wild card Mr. Softy). Both PTSC and TPL can be seen as being in a moment of weakness right now. Good time to strike....
