unlessyou are a tech. You can't even begin to understand what the patents are about.and there is to much dead time between signing. the stock gets hammered ever chance the m/m can hit it. Is PTSC under valued yes I BELIEVE SO! especially for a Otc stock. So we sit and wait. I would hope a deal could be annouced next week But it seems to be a long shot.
