It seems to me that since additional re-exam requests are still permitted, the opposition is simply taking another shot (in the dark) since they are actually permitted to do so.

It's more than obvious that the opposition is trying to pile on, kick and scream and of course delay the recert any way they can. It also seems that the USPTO is on to them - judging from the lashing they got from the USPTO.

Do I have this right???

I can understand the nervousness and frustration given the history of this stock.
