Deb, i am someone who has not followed this closely/ Pacers etc,

because it's a language that i am unfamiliar with .........We have been told countless times that PR'S like the 336 do not GET PUBLISHED until a legal team thinks it prudent to do so..........

The 336 PR is a game changer and to believe that our legal team could miss this blows my mind...............

Could the PTO have screwed up......NO..........As we say in the used care business / you have not lost any monies until you sell the car.............Delay /delay......I guess if i was on the other side of the fense i would not go away quietly..........
