If they are making payments it is not being reflected in any earnings statements or are so small as to be insigificant on those statements. The only conclusion that an investor or potential investor can make is that payments are not being made or are irrelevant due to their miniscule amount.

That or HP and Casio have sold zero units that require royalty payments. In which case it is safe to assume they never will.

If you can find any evidence of such payments from HP, Casio, or anyone, I'd love to see it.
