Well where are the Lic. Like I posted before just because we got the 336 validation that doesn't mean companies will be in any hurry to sign they have stalled for years and they will play the same game. And the same goes with this stock price. same players playing their games We can be thankfull that they threw us a bone and moved the price up to the 25/35 cent level its sure better then 12 cents. I HOPE TPL CAN CARRY THE BALL.
