Thank you for your inquiry. Every message that you post using the AGORACOM new message application, will appear 100% of the times using Arial fonts size 9.

The only thing we can think of that causes multiple fonts to appear in your messages, is if you or any other member is copying and pasting text from another source. In certain occasions where certain code is copied along with the text, it will revert our default font (Arial 9) to the type of the text you are copying into a message (Verdana 11 for example).

To eliminate this from happening, copy and paste your text into notepad. Notepad will eliminate any code that may be copied along with any text.
