We had great news last week that moved the SP finally to over .40. It's going to take some time to finalize some of these new licenses for higher amounts. But at least now much of the risk has been removed and we should see more licenses eventually. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks. Its tuff to be patient but IMO we've turned the corner and good news should start rolling our way.
