It must be disclosed in a 10Q, I didn't say they were required to itemize it out.

Without any amounts being disclosed at the time of licensing combined with TPL being a private company with no obligation of disclosure who is monitoring the fee amounts paid to TPL?

Because PTSC is a public company they must disclose what they receive from TPL.

They don't have to disclose what they receive from TPL. It can be lumped in with all sources of Revenue.
