Because PTSC is a public company they must disclose what they receive from TPL.

They do? I don't think so. I'm pretty sure they only have to file 10-q's 4 times a year, 10-k once a year and an annual report to stockholders. They only have to report revenue in aggregate. They break it down by product sales and licenses.
