The answer to that, since you appear unable to comprehend, is that all of these items that you cite, even including taxes, are a result of business decisions that the company made.

For example, based on $130M plus revenues, they would have paid substanially higher taxes, if not for the built up tax losses which limited those to $19M, a result of other decisions.

For someone who likes to point out the USPTO ties to PTSC's fortunes, you singularly seem unable to see the correlation all of these non-MMP related decisions and events attributable t the company and by default, to this BOD, had/have had on why we have no predictable revenues.

And those are not just bottom line revenues I'm speaking of, but no consistent predictable TOP-LINE revs either.

That this BOD couldn't turn $130M plus into something that generated ANY predictable revenues, even if offset largely or wholly by the costs is the crux of the point.
