I don't think Brian, Ron nor I would lose any sleep over that letter being sent.. but I'm quite sure there are some on this forum who would have freakin heart attacks... and while you're at it please organise a reputible law firm to look at the Master Agreement and Commercialization Agreement to determine if it is equitable for both sides..

The BoD had a major hand in both issues (or more likely no hand at all).. why do you think Brian Ron & I amoungst others have voiced our displeasure for yrs with certain members of the BoD??

I agree.. there more than likely are members of this forum who are plants of TPL or Swartz or PTSC... I can also guarantee you it ain't Brian or Ron or I..

The point is the MMP may be able to covercome the PTSC BoD... but just think if it didn't have to
