According to Leckrone, all ARM core families (ARM7, ARM9, ARM9E, ARM10E, ARM11) and the ARM Cortex microprocessor core family do infringe upon the US '584 as well as US 5,440,749 in the MMP Portfolio.

We still have the 749. If ARM infringes on this one patent we could still collect from ARM products. The 749 is still tied up in the USPTO revalidation process. Of course I guess with the German recertification perhaps TPL could go through the German courts. But my guess is that TPL will wait for completion of the 148 and 749 to hopefully have strengthened patents coming out of the USPTO before going after ARM.
