I have always stated that the patents were VALID going through re-examination and that companies might be holding back pending resolution. Just because the '336 has been recertified WILL NOT CHANGE the company fundamentals until such time that MORE REVENUES are received from licensees.

If you are trying to spin something, please try to make it what I've said as I wouldn't enjoy the prospect of a dizzy poster.
