I think it will either be Barco or DT that we will hear from first. I wish that I could be a fly on the wall during the proceedings today. I have a strong feeling thaat we may hear of the first settlement very soon b/c TPL needs to send the sign to others. At anyrate, I am excited and don't plan on selling anytime soon.
