A couple years ago we heard there were over 400 companies put on notice. I believe yesterday Lamberts had a great post highlighting quite a few big companies. If you click on his name and then look at his post history you should find it.

I would say TPL/PTSC has barely scratched the surface and there is much more money out there to be collected than what has been collected so far. Now that the 336 has been strengthened by the USPTO revalidation process we should be seeing the number of licenses and fees increase. What makes this even more exciting is that with the aquisition of Crossflow PTSC could soon have additional revenue stream besides the MMP and with more revenue coming in from the MMP licensing, it will be very exciting to see what RG does to further increase shareholder value with more aquisitions or partnerships. PTSC is in a great position right now they really don't have to worry to much about the MMP because TPL is handling the licensing effort, leaving PTSC management to concentrate on the PDSG part of the business. Its all good imo.
