If I understand it correctly, the 584 was recertified in Germany but it has not been officially recertified by the USPTO?

The patent, EP '730, from memory, recently revalidated in its German form, has nothing to do with the USPTO, and is what may put ARM back on the hook as it covers the singular concept which was to become the separate US patents.

The removal of ARM from the Texas litigation may turn out to be a move verging on pure genius in the event that they can be prosecuted in Germany for infringement.

Given the broader scope of DE 6,903,356 8T2 and the way I believe patents are interpreted in Germany I don't actually see ARM wriggling out of it as they were able to from the Markman construction of claim 29 by Judge Ward.

Perhaps Alliacense were awaiting USPTO decisions before determining what, if any, action to commence in Germany? Does DT use any ARM processors?
