No! The grace period ended with the USPTO recert and the PR period. I can't imagine DL being nice when it involves money not flowing into his pockets. I tried to buy some shares today at .22, no luck now they're .23

Of course I'm a shareholder and have no direct say about how much the prices are going to be. I am just stating what I believe to be just and what I would do if it was up to me. We are not the decission makers on this one. But I believe that TPL has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders to get the highest price possible. That means not giving things or parts of things away. Do you think that if a company offered DL a house or some stock in their company for a lower license fee that we shareholders would agree to that? I say charge them the current/today's fair price, not yesterday's price.
