This was one of my favorites, because it's a wonderful example for telling one thing, while hiding the other:

1. "Transactions": the "grant" of rights of the MMP?

2. Financial results: the fee for this "grant"?

Thus, the earnings release reflected these financial results of that transaction, nothing more.

Perfect - and no problem with any financial/legal guidelines IMHO.
