This release contains the same aggressive posturing that all the PR's before it contained. Were you expecting them to tell the world about the newly weakened '336?

Are you disagreeing with the information that was posted from the SHM were Mac Leckrone said the '584 was practically dead? One question I have regarding his statement, did the USPTO recertification surprise them? Did he make that statement believing the patent would be rejected or was he speaking about the modifications to claims? It would be helpful to know if the '584 is also back on the table. I see it in the above PR but what does it mean when Leckrone Jr. made that kind of statement? The '148 question was more out of curiosity, considering the USPTO issued a re-exam. Alliancense DID NOT mention the '148 in the PR above. I was looking for logical opinions, clearly you don't have one.
