Does it really matter?..is it possible to only infirnge on one but not any of the others?..the USPTO may have broken them up into individual patents (not so in Germany) but from a technical perspective do they work that way..totally independant (no pun intended on the MMP) of one another?

I think this is what SGE may have been getting at when he stated that all we need is to get one passed with the USPTO..
