I'd rather have 20 large companies step up and pay $20 to $40M (similar to the Fujitsu & HP deals) each somewhat willingly and relatively quickly, than litigate to an award with one or a group for $400M that would take another year, and then be subject to appeal and thus result in a delay in those monies making it to PTSC.
