As shown in my post, it is the NIRC, not the posting in the Official Gazette that is the typical time for the PR to be issued. You proclaim to the world that your patent has emerged and that the re-exam process is over.

Essentially, barring peculiar circumstances, TPL is the only one that can delay the issuance in the Official Gazette at this stage, so the NIRC is for us as good as the Official Gazette. For a company who would be trying to provide the market with a positive view and a perspective that they are emerging from Patent challenges with strength, this is the event to PR. If they don't, I think the last statement does not describe them. Simple as that.

Any you are correct about the 90 day time frame. I would suspsect that we'll see the Official Gazette pubication on either December 8 or December 15.
