It would be nice to see an influx of licenses. If it is as big as some say on this forum I would expect within 1 month a ton of licenses to come in. ...hey, that rhymed..

The clock will be ticking once it is announced by TPL/PTSC. tic tock, tic tock

As you so rightly say, "Multi-billion dollar companies have tons of EEs and Legal expertise" and I would go further and suggest that they have been waiting for the outcome just as much as you or I.

The clock started ticking as soon as the NIRC was filed, without the need to PR the recertification.
