It's irresponsible to post that it has been approved at this point in time. You may be right that it will get approved but that hasn't happened yet. There is still a fly in the ointment. See for yourself...App. 90/009,457. Your statement that the '336 has been approved should be recognized on this board as an opinion only, not a fact.

For the record, I hope that the corrected request will get denied and the intended recertification will be approved but I won't believe it until it is posted at the USPTO.
