The mailed NIRC is an intent to recertify but not officially recertified yet. Please note that most recent '336 request (app. 90/009,457) which was incomplete has been returned to OIPE (Office of Initial Patent Examination) as per today's post in Trans. History. Not officially denied yet. We still have to be patient....but things are definitely looking good IMHO.

Not sure what exactly happens once a corrected (and maybe late) request is sent to the OIPE. Anyone know?
