But let's step back and take a perspective of Mr Wolf.

He has had and been providing continuously copies of documents filed in courts, etc that have been very, very useful for enlightened and reasoning minds in providing the board with the most likely course of future action. But that apart, he's provided very useful analyses of his own. In that sense I think his getting impatient and irritated at PTSC now means nothing. It surely doesn't portend a decline in PTSC's fortune. So don't be alarmed at Wolf's despondence. Any paralegal or access to pacer could've done what he's been doing. It takes only a monthly fee to be able to access those documents, but takes a lot more than a few $$ a month to be able to read and provide an interpretation of events which a lot of others have been doing. Them being despondent makes a greater impact NOT Wolf.
