Why do you assume that all rights were not granted? Which rights were not granted?

Why do you assume that all the rights were granted to all of the patents?

There is sufficient ambiguity in the statement to allow for "wriggle room".

I'm sure that you don't expect any sort of reasonable answer to the final question given that NDAs were signed by all parties.
