No, I didn't miss it, and I'm still not convinced that grant and purchase are interchangeable in the context given:

"grant by the TPL Group of rights under the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio"

Were they interchangeable, the grant would have been for all rights, and with the existence of the NDAs I still await a reason that I am comfortable with.
