Pure speculation on my part, but based on what I believe are "irregular" dots

Sorry to hear about this myopic vision, but I'm sure that looking at the bigger picture regarding PTSC will ameliorate the condition.

Just as S&L might have played the "good news scenario" so could any entity with a large enough holding, don't you think?
